  After more than a year with this company, my feeling is this is a typical healthcare organization with the bottom dollar it's most important criteria. As an example, beware the billing. They will have shown bills with an amount due, even when none are due. If you are paid ahead, they send a note saying please pay - $x,xxx.xx by the end of the month. This seems to be an easy, though disingenuous, trick to raise extra funds for a billion dollar company. What they fail to say is you do not have to pay anything. This is in fact a credit. If you call up and question the bill, they admit, the little dash in front of the "Please pay by" number is actually a negative. Apparently they do not wish to change the bills to say, this is a credit, do not pay this bill! There are other reasons I feel they deserve only a two star review but this should give you at least a warning of their bottom line business practices. If a company is willing to cheat a little, they are willing to cheat a lot...if they can get away with it.
