  I used Kevin Sheedy to buy my home in Carlsbad. He also sold my home in San Diego. I cannot imagine going through a real estate transaction without him on my side. He truly cares about his clients and it shows. He make the entire process so easy and he always does what he says he will do. He got me a great price on the house I sold and a wonderful deal on the house I bought. I have full confidence in him and would only use him to buy or sell a property. I have referred him to many friends and co-workers over the years and everyone was thrilled by his performance.

  I bought my first house from Kevin Sheedy and I could not be more pleased with his service. I always felt like he had my best interests at heart. When showing me homes he was even more critical of the properties than me. If he did not like something about a house or location, he would say so. That made me trust him right away. We found the perfect house and he helped me win the house when there were 8 offers on the property. His reputation caused the other agent to take my offer since she had done business with Kevin in the past. He stays in constant contact throughout the deal as well. I have referred 2 friends to him already and one has already bought and thought Kevin was great also. Don't buy or sell a home without Kevin.
