- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I have a timeshare here on the first floor for four weeks of the year. I'm very lucky and blessed as this place is fantastic. Has parking a pool a jacuzzi both of which are nicely heated. There is always a security guard downstairs. And to get in and out of the Capri you have to have a fob. You have to fob yourself up and down the elevator which is fantastic because that means all of these crazy homeless people who are outside on the beach are not welcome in. The people who do live here are fantastic they're always so courteous and kind and wanting to talk when we're in the elevators. I suggest this place for anyone.By Megan Boatwright, August 12, 2017
